Thank you for visiting the Quartermaster's Cave. For those that do not know, the UHPA stands for the Utah Highway Patrol Association.

UHPA is the employee association that represents the employees of the Utah Highway Patrol. Our association mainly consists of troopers; however, we also have support staff that are members as well.

Our Direction

The Utah Highway Patrol Association employs a quartermaster who is responsible for sales of UHPA merchandise. The profits from these sales go to support many community and non-profit programs and foundations.

One of these foundations is the Honoring Heroes Foundation. This foundation supports public servants, especially police officers who may be have been killed or injured in the line of duty. We at the UHPA are proud to partner with the Honoring Heroes Foundation and we share many of the same goals.
